The Book Nook offers a diverse collection that highlights the history of Sointula and its surrounding areas. Visitors can explore family histories, general British Columbia history, and Finnish history in the province. A special album features photographs documenting Sointula’s first 100 years (1901–2001), offering a visual journey through the community’s growth.

The collection also includes books on Finnish saunas, translations of the Aika newspaper and of Matti Haleminen’s Sointula: The History of the Kalevan Kansa and Finnish Canadians. Dreams of Freedom from Sound Heritage Series, recounts the experiences of Scandinavian immigrants in Sointula, Bella Coola, and Cape Scott.
