We’re thrilled to share that our documentary Sointula’s History and Memories has been shortlisted for the 2024 Governor General’s History Award for Excellence in Community Programming! This prestigious recognition from Canada’s National History Society celebrates projects across the country that spark public interest in Canadian history—and we’re so honoured to be among the nominees.
Last month, we were also proud to receive the Recognition Award from Heritage BC for our work on this project. It’s a special moment for everyone who contributed to this documentary – a labour of community love!
