Oceana – Artist Celebration and Exhibit Launch!

We are excited to launch the first of our four-part art exhibition series, celebrating Malcolm Island’s natural history and heritage. Themed “Oceana,” our June exhibition showcases captivating works from seven local artists, each exploring the ocean’s beauty, its inhabitants, and the intricate relationship between the sea and our island community. All are welcome to the opening artist celebration on June 2nd from 1pm to 3 pm, featuring goodies and refreshments. Thank you to our June artists: Kathleen Blohm, Betty Carlson, Dan Hillert, Donna Johansen, Sheila Roote, Jan Rosgen, M. Tree, and Kerri Wallis for sharing your art and time with us. A special thank you to Coastal Community Credit Union for sponsoring our celebration. Refreshments and light food will be provided.
Oceana will be on view from June 1st to June 30th, 2024. Admission is by donation.
