Are you an artist residing on Malcolm Island? We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming summer exhibition series and invite you to be part of it!

Exhibition Details

  • Four one month-long exhibitions: June, July, August, and September 2024
  • Themes inspired by Malcolm Island’s natural heritage: Oceana (June), Terra (July), Flora (August), and Fauna (September).  See below for details.
  • Each exhibition will have a public artists celebration/reception.

Themes

  • June – Oceana – This theme is wide open to the oceant hat surrounds our island, its inhabitants, conditions and usage.
  • July – Terra. This theme is about our island’s geology, topography and its forms and structures.
  • August – Flora. This theme relates to our island’s plant life: its diversity, beauty and uses.
  • September – Fauna. This theme relates to our island’s living creates from microbes to mammals.

Submission Guidelines

  • All media welcome!
  • Please note, due to limited gallery space, very large works may not be accommodated.
    All exhibited items must be available for sale.
